Using the Octet Red to Determine Affinity

The Octet system uses Bio-Layer Interferometry (BLI), a label-free technology for measuring biomolecular interactions. The technology produces kinetic analysis data directly comparable to that generated by the Biacore system.
Leveraging this technology allows you to:
- Determine the kinetics of an existing antibody.
- Establish off rate ranking, matched pair analysis, and epitope binning during hybridoma development.
