How should I ship my cells to MBS for production?
We prefer to receive your cells frozen. Ship two vials via overnight shipping on plenty of dry ice. If you must ship live cells, make sure they are kept warm with plenty of fresh media in the flask. Please make sure your sales representative is aware of exactly what day you expect your live cells to arrive at MBS. The more cells supplied the better.If my cell line is a rat or hamster cell line, which strain of mice should I use for the ascites production?
Nude mice should produce the ascites from your cell line. Another option is In Vitro production.

Our catalog numbers indicate this: MAB in front of the number indicates a monoclonal antibody and PAB indicates a polyclonal antibody. All others are designated with AG for antigen.How do I find out specific information about an antibody?
Each product we carry has a data specification sheet. In our products section, just click on a catalog number to access the data sheet for that product.What if I can't find the antibody I need?
Although we carry a large variety of antibodies, we may not have exactly what you need. If that is the case, please contact your sales representative. We may be able to help you locate what you need, or talk with you about producing your own antibody.Does MBS offer conjugation services for antibodies?
Yes, we offer HRP, and Biotin and are open to discussing custom conjugations. Please contact your sales representative for details about a particular product.

Net 30 days from the date of invoice for all North American customers. Prepayment is required for overseas shipments by international money order or wire transfer. A 1.5% late fee will be applied to all overdue accounts. All prices are quoted in US dollars. Quotes are valid for 90 days from the date of quote unless otherwise specified.Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
MBS will always work with you to assure you are a satisfied customer. No returns will be accepted without prior approval from MBS. Only unopened merchandise may be returned. MBS must be notified within 10 business days of the receipt of merchandise regarding the intent to return the item. All authorized must be received by MBS within 3 business days of the authorization to return the material. Shipping and handling costs for all returned items will be paid by the customer.
